Terms of service.
By using SkillChirp, you agree to use the service lawfully and understand that analytics, recommendations, buildability, demand and opportunity information are decision aids rather than guarantees of performance or outcomes.
Chirp and Threads
Chirp uses authorized Meta/Threads APIs to provide features such as account synchronization, analytics, Scout, replies and publishing or scheduling. You are responsible for connecting an account you are authorized to use and for content or actions you approve. Meta/Threads is a third-party platform, and its availability, permissions, API behavior and policies may change independently of SkillChirp.
External API and agent access
If you create a Chirp API key, you are responsible for keeping it confidential and only providing it to an agent, application or service you trust. API keys are account-bound, scoped and revocable. Read permissions and scheduling permissions are separated, and write access is not granted by default.
You may not use SkillChirp API access to bypass product limits, access another user's information, probe or attack the service, distribute unlawful material, or build an integration that misrepresents its authority. SkillChirp may rate-limit, suspend or revoke API access to protect users and the service.
Agent-initiated actions
An external agent may use Chirp to read information or prepare an action only within the scopes you grant. Actions with side effects may require an additional confirmation flow. You remain responsible for reviewing the content, audience, timing and consequences of any post, reply or other action you authorize.
Paid plans and billing
When a paid SkillChirp plan is offered, the price, billing interval and material plan terms are shown before checkout. Subscription processing may be provided by Stripe or another payment provider. Plan access can change if a subscription is cancelled, expires, becomes past due or is otherwise no longer active. Billing-management actions are not exposed through the Chirp external-agent API.
Reports and scores
SkillChirp reports are editorial and analytical content. Estimates of build time, difficulty, cost, demand, opportunity, performance patterns or recommended next actions may be incomplete or become outdated as products, markets, account behavior and platform tooling change. Verify consequential decisions independently.
Product submissions and Battles
You must have the right to submit the product information, logo, screenshots and links you provide. Manipulated votes, automated engagement, refresh inflation or attempts to interfere with rankings may be filtered or removed.
Acceptable use
Do not use SkillChirp to distribute unlawful material, attack or materially disrupt the service, impersonate others, submit misleading information, obtain unauthorized access, expose another person's private information, or automate activity in violation of applicable platform rules.
Third-party services and availability
SkillChirp depends on services and APIs operated by third parties, including Meta/Threads and payment providers when applicable. Features may change, be suspended or be discontinued because of product decisions, external-platform changes, outages, policy changes or other operational reasons. SkillChirp is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
