Each entry keeps the audience, offer, result and next move together so “no sales” can be diagnosed instead of guessed at.
Audience: Developers and small engineering teams at SaaS and digital-product companies that sell to EU consumers and already run their own checkout (Stripe, Mollie, Klarna, or custom). They need correct per-country VAT on each sale, including B2B reverse-charge, but don't want a Merchant of Record taking a revenue cut.
Offer: Get a free API key (no credit card), send one API call with the country, date, and amount, and get back the correct VAT for that sale, including whether a validated business buyer qualifies for reverse charge. Plug it into the checkout you already run, with no change of payment processor and no revenue cut.
Drop-off: Could not reach the target audience
Next: Message 10 developers who sell digital products to EU customers through their own checkout, with no link, and ask how they handle VAT today and what they do when a B2B buyer gives a VAT number. I'll look for the same words they use in my answers and note where they currently get stuck. Separately, I just put our OpenAPI spec and examples in a public GitHub repo and will watch whether signups come from it.
